1 · Tell us what you need
A quick conversation about your business and what’s getting in the way. We listen first, then scope honestly — what it will take, what it will cost, and what we’d skip. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and point you somewhere useful.
2 · We design and build
You see progress early and often — real pages, not mockups you have to squint at. We build it fast, mobile-ready, and easy for you to run, and we check in at each step so there are no surprises at the end.
3 · Launch and stick around
We go live together, train you on anything you want to manage, and stay on call for what comes next. Updates, backups, and small changes are handled through support & maintenance — launch is the start, not the goodbye.
What to have ready
Not much. A sense of what’s not working, a couple of examples of sites you like, and whoever makes the call. Photos and text help but aren’t required — part of the job is helping you figure out what to say.
Logins for your current domain or site are useful if you have them. If you don’t know where any of that lives — who registered the domain, where the old site is hosted — that’s common, and we’re good at untangling it.
