  • Launch or support any of the following:
    • Distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks
    • Port scanning or probing
    • Phishing or impersonation schemes
    • Unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Exceed resource allocations through deliberate or negligent use
  • Circumvent authentication or security protocols

5. Security and Integrity

Users are responsible for the security of their systems and credentials. You agree to:

  • Maintain strong and secure passwords
  • Promptly install updates and security patches
  • Notify Zambit immediately of any suspected breach or unauthorized access

Zambit may take necessary action, including service suspension, to preserve platform integrity.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Legal action and/or liability for damages
  • Notification to law enforcement authorities when appropriate

Zambit reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation and take any action deemed appropriate.
